3. How to place my order ?

2 Showrooms of the Convertible factory installed in Paris France , you can test our products. Go to the "Contact" page in order to have all the information needed to get you there .

4. Where are manufactured Convertible de france sofas ?

Our sofas are manufactured in our factory in Italy in the Milan area .

5. How to choose my sofa ?

Depending on your needs , our advisors will direct you on the different possibilities in terms of comfort, esthetic and sleeping .


All our bedsteads and mattresses are labeled Convertible France .


We offer 3 different mattresses : the electro- welded bed frame reinforced the slatted frame and box spring in XXL slats ( a Convertible de France innovation ) with a large selection of mattresses according to the desired comfort .

6. Are removable sofas ?

Yes of course ! our sofa beds are fully removable to facilitate the transition during the delivery .


We can remove the folder, the back of the sofa , armrests, seats with cushions and front panel.


This leaves one-piece mechanism . * Only the meridian can not be disassembled for versions sofas angles.

7. How is the delivery?

We deliver and install your sofa in the room of your choice throughout France and Europe.


A professional mover team is responsible for this service to satisfy you fully .

For the province our partner in charge of the delivery will be able to offer you an appointment directly .

9. How to track my order ?

Send your request by email instead :


suividecommande@convertibledefrance.fr putting your order number so that we can identify you and come back to you by mail or telephone within a period of 24 to 48 hours .

10. My warranty

Your sofa is guaranteed under and the duration is indicated on your purchase order or invoice.


In case of trouble please contact our customer service department that will process your application.

11. In case of probleme with my sofa, What can i do?

Contact our service department from Monday to Friday from 10h to 17h by mail: sav@convertibledefrance.fr or phone 01 45 01 62 31 .


We will strive to solutioner your problem by asking you to send us photos to see the problem or we will fix an appointment for a home intervention .

12. I did a spot on my sofa, what should I do?

Do not panic ! For a fabric covering, in a first step if it is a liquid food task, the task absorb maximally with a paper towel, then take a cloth towel you mouillerez with hot water and liquid soap to clean by rubbing over the area.


Please rinse well with clear water and let dry, do not use products containing alcohol or harmful products.


Depending on the nature of the task and if it persists aware that some elements of the sofa are removable, do not hesitate to consult your laundry because only a professional can advise you.


For leather covers, in case of task using a sponge previously soaked in hot or warm water with liquid soap and clean the area. Especially rinse well with clear water and dry with a towel.


If spot clean with eauet liquid soap, then rinse.


For the maintenance of your leather, use moisturizer to nourish the skin and renew every 3-4 months.


A full-skin leather and quality feeds and natural patina over time.
